These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided through SkyCompute. By placing an order, creating an account, or using any VPS service available on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. They are intended to provide clear expectations regarding service availability, customer responsibilities, billing, digital service delivery, and acceptable use.

SkyCompute is committed to maintaining transparent policies and providing accurate information before, during, and after every order. We encourage every customer to review these Terms carefully before purchasing a VPS service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with placing an order.

Virtual Private Servers

These Terms apply exclusively to the VPS services described on this website together with all related digital provisioning and customer support resources.

Transparent Policies

Service information, pricing, billing procedures, delivery methods, and customer responsibilities are presented to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Digital Service Delivery

After successful provisioning, VPS credentials, assigned IP address, and connection instructions are securely delivered to the customer's registered email address.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, submitting an order, or using any VPS service provided by SkyCompute, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions together with our applicable policies published on this website. These Terms form the agreement between you and SkyCompute regarding the use of our services.

Customers are responsible for reviewing these Terms before placing an order. Continued use of any VPS service after activation confirms acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms and any related service policies that may apply to your account.

If you do not agree with any provision contained within these Terms, you should discontinue use of this website and refrain from ordering any VPS service offered by SkyCompute.

2. Description of Services

SkyCompute provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) services through a digital delivery model. Each VPS includes the specifications displayed on the applicable product page, such as allocated virtual CPU resources, memory, storage capacity, network connectivity, operating system options where available, and associated technical features.

Service specifications presented on this website are intended to accurately describe the VPS plan being purchased. Customers are encouraged to review all technical details carefully before completing checkout to ensure the selected service meets their operational requirements.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, VPS services are provided as unmanaged infrastructure. Customers maintain full administrative control over their server environment and are responsible for software installation, operating system configuration, security management, backups, application deployment, and ongoing system administration.

3. Customer Eligibility

Customers placing an order must have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable within their jurisdiction. By purchasing a VPS service, you confirm that the information provided during registration and checkout is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

SkyCompute reserves the right to request additional information when necessary to verify account ownership, billing details, or payment authorization before activating a service. Providing inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information may result in delays, temporary suspension, or cancellation of an order when appropriate.

Maintaining accurate contact information, particularly your registered email address, is essential because important notifications, billing communications, provisioning updates, and VPS access credentials are delivered electronically.

4. Orders and Service Activation

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee immediate service activation. Each order is subject to payment confirmation, internal verification procedures, resource availability, and successful provisioning of the selected VPS configuration.

Following successful verification, the ordered VPS will be provisioned according to the specifications selected during checkout. Provisioning times may vary depending on infrastructure requirements, operating system deployment, scheduled maintenance, or additional verification when necessary.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all selected plan specifications before confirming payment. Once provisioning has started, modifications to hardware resources, operating system selection, or other deployment parameters may require a new provisioning process or additional administrative actions.

Ordering Principles

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Provisioning begins only after required verification procedures have been completed.
Customers should verify VPS specifications carefully before placing an order.
Activation timing may vary depending on deployment requirements and operational conditions.
All services are provisioned digitally using the registered customer account information.
Provisioning records are maintained as part of the service delivery process.

5. VPS Provisioning and Digital Delivery

SkyCompute provides VPS services as digital products. Following successful payment confirmation, order verification, and completion of the provisioning process, the purchased VPS is delivered electronically through the customer's registered email address. No physical goods are shipped as part of this service.

The delivery email typically contains the assigned server IP address, login credentials, hostname, operating system information, and connection instructions required to access the VPS. Customers should carefully review the information provided and retain the email for future reference.

Service delivery is considered complete once the provisioning process has finished and the VPS configuration details have been successfully transmitted to the email address associated with the customer's account. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their registered email address remains accurate and accessible.

Information Included with VPS Delivery

Assigned public IPv4 address and hostname.
Root or Administrator login credentials.
Operating system deployment details.
SSH or Remote Desktop connection guidance where applicable.
Basic setup recommendations and technical documentation.
Service activation information for future reference.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their VPS environment after service activation. This includes safeguarding login credentials, applying operating system updates, configuring firewall rules, installing security software where appropriate, maintaining backups, and monitoring activity within the server.

Because SkyCompute primarily provides unmanaged VPS services, customers retain full administrative control over their virtual servers. Software installation, application management, database administration, operating system configuration, and other server-level tasks remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Customers are also responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including a valid email address capable of receiving service notifications, billing communications, and VPS provisioning information. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay important communications relating to the service.

Important Customer Responsibility

Customers should securely store all VPS credentials received after provisioning. If credentials are exposed or compromised, customers should immediately change passwords and implement appropriate security measures within their server environment.

7. Account Security

Each customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, billing account, and VPS login information. Sharing account access with unauthorized individuals may increase security risks and is strongly discouraged.

SkyCompute cannot be held responsible for unauthorized activity resulting from compromised passwords, unsecured customer devices, or the disclosure of authentication information by the customer. We recommend enabling strong passwords, regularly updating credentials, and following generally accepted security practices.

If you believe your account or VPS credentials have been compromised, you should promptly update your passwords and contact us so appropriate account-related assistance can be provided where applicable.

8. Technical Documentation

SkyCompute provides documentation and setup guidance to assist customers with accessing their newly provisioned VPS. These materials are intended to simplify initial deployment and explain common connection procedures but should not be interpreted as comprehensive system administration training.

Documentation may be updated periodically as infrastructure evolves or new operating system versions become available. Customers are encouraged to review the latest documentation before performing significant configuration changes within their VPS environment.

While every effort is made to keep technical documentation accurate and current, customers remain responsible for evaluating whether individual configuration changes are appropriate for their own workloads and operating environments.

9. Billing, Payments and Renewals

All VPS services are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time an order is placed. Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected plan, billing cycle, applicable charges, and order summary before completing payment. By submitting payment, the customer confirms the intention to purchase the selected VPS service under the applicable billing period.

Payments must be successfully completed before provisioning begins. If a payment cannot be authorized or verified, service activation may be delayed or the order may be cancelled. SkyCompute reserves the right to request additional verification when necessary to help protect both customers and payment providers from unauthorized transactions.

Customers choosing recurring billing are responsible for ensuring that their selected payment method remains valid throughout the subscription period. Failure to complete a renewal payment before the service due date may result in suspension or termination of the VPS after any applicable grace period.

Billing Principles

Service pricing is displayed before checkout.
Provisioning begins only after successful payment confirmation.
Customers should review billing details before submitting payment.
Renewal payments should be completed before the due date to avoid service interruption.
Payment verification may be performed when necessary.
Invoices are generated electronically for completed transactions.

10. Refund Policy

VPS services provided by SkyCompute are digital services that require infrastructure resources to be allocated and configured specifically for each completed order. Customers are encouraged to review all plan specifications carefully before purchasing to ensure the selected service meets their technical requirements.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy published on this website. Customers should review that policy together with these Terms before placing an order. Each request is evaluated according to the applicable policy and the circumstances of the individual order.

Once a VPS has been successfully provisioned and the service delivery email containing access credentials and deployment information has been transmitted to the registered customer email address, the service is generally regarded as delivered. Any refund request submitted after digital delivery will be reviewed in accordance with the published Refund Policy.

Refund Information

The official Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and should be reviewed before purchasing any VPS service. Customers acknowledge that VPS services are delivered electronically rather than through physical shipment.

11. Service Renewal, Suspension and Expiration

Customers are responsible for renewing their VPS service before the applicable renewal date if they wish to continue using the allocated infrastructure. Renewal notices may be provided electronically using the registered account email address.

If payment is not successfully received before the applicable service expiration date, the VPS may become suspended or terminated according to operational procedures. During suspension, access to the VPS may be unavailable until outstanding billing obligations have been resolved where restoration remains possible.

Following service termination, server resources may be reclaimed and associated data may no longer be recoverable. Customers are strongly encouraged to maintain independent backups of all important files, databases, and configurations throughout the service period.

12. Customer Data and Backups

Customers retain responsibility for all applications, websites, databases, files, and other content stored within their VPS. Regular backups should be maintained using methods appropriate for the customer's own operational requirements.

Although infrastructure reliability remains an important objective, no hosting environment should be considered a substitute for maintaining independent backups. Customers should implement backup schedules appropriate for the importance and sensitivity of their data.

SkyCompute recommends verifying backup integrity regularly and storing backup copies separately from the production VPS environment whenever practical. Maintaining recoverable backups is an essential part of responsible server administration.

13. Acceptable Use

Customers are expected to use SkyCompute services in a lawful, responsible, and ethical manner. VPS resources may only be used for legitimate purposes that comply with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms and Conditions. Customers remain fully responsible for all activities performed within their virtual server environment.

Activities that interfere with the stability, security, or normal operation of the platform, other customers, or third-party networks are strictly prohibited. Customers should ensure that software, applications, and services deployed on their VPS are maintained responsibly and operated in accordance with generally accepted security practices.

Examples of Prohibited Activities

Hosting or distributing malicious software, ransomware, viruses, or other harmful code.
Unauthorized access attempts, phishing, credential theft, or fraudulent activities.
Sending unsolicited bulk email, spam, or abusive automated messaging.
Launching attacks against networks, servers, websites, or online services.
Using the VPS for unlawful activities or content that violates applicable laws.
Attempting to bypass platform security controls or disrupt infrastructure operations.

14. Suspension and Service Termination

SkyCompute reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate a VPS service when there is reasonable evidence of activities that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the security and stability of the hosting environment. Whenever appropriate, customers may be contacted regarding the matter before permanent action is taken.

Examples may include unresolved payment issues, verified abuse reports, unauthorized access attempts, significant security risks, or repeated violations of published policies. Actions taken will be based on the circumstances of each individual case.

Service suspension or termination under these circumstances does not limit any other rights or remedies available under applicable law or these Terms and Conditions.

15. Limitation of Liability

SkyCompute makes reasonable efforts to maintain reliable infrastructure and accurate service information. However, no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or operation under every circumstance. Customers acknowledge that temporary interruptions may occasionally occur due to maintenance activities, software updates, hardware events, third-party network conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkyCompute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the VPS service. Customers are responsible for implementing appropriate backups, security measures, monitoring, and disaster recovery procedures appropriate for their own workloads.

Nothing within these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

16. Changes to These Terms

SkyCompute may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect service improvements, operational changes, legal requirements, or policy updates. The most current version will always be published on this website together with the effective date of the revision where applicable.

Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the VPS service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
