SkyCompute (www.skycompute.online) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects customers using our VPS services to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright infringement notifications are handled and the steps copyright owners may take to report content that they believe infringes their rights.

SkyCompute provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) infrastructure and does not routinely monitor or review customer-managed content. When a valid copyright complaint is received, we will review the information provided and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law, our Terms and Conditions, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Copyright Respect

We respect intellectual property rights and encourage responsible use of our VPS infrastructure.

Notice Review

Valid copyright notices are reviewed carefully and processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Fair Process

Both copyright owners and customers are treated fairly through a transparent review process before appropriate action is taken.

1. Copyright Policy

SkyCompute respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners while providing Virtual Private Server (VPS) infrastructure to customers. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all content, software, applications, and data stored or transmitted through their VPS comply with applicable copyright laws and our published policies.

Because each VPS operates as an independently managed virtual environment, customers retain responsibility for the content they upload, publish, distribute, or otherwise make available through their services. SkyCompute does not claim ownership of customer content and does not routinely monitor customer-managed VPS environments.

When a properly submitted copyright complaint is received, we will review the information provided and, where appropriate, take reasonable action consistent with applicable law, our Terms and Conditions, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you believe that material hosted through a SkyCompute VPS infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice containing sufficient information for us to identify the reported content and evaluate the request. Providing complete and accurate information helps us process notices more efficiently.

Information to Include

Your full name and contact information.
A description of the copyrighted work involved.
The specific URL or location of the reported material.
A statement explaining why you believe the material is infringing.
A statement that the information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith.
Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter Notification

If you believe that material associated with your VPS was removed or affected as a result of a copyright complaint submitted in error or through misidentification, you may submit a counter notification where permitted by applicable law.

A counter notification should contain sufficient information to identify the affected material, explain the basis for your objection, and include the statements required under applicable legal requirements. Upon receiving a valid counter notification, SkyCompute will review the submission and handle it in accordance with applicable law and our internal procedures.

Submitting intentionally false or misleading copyright notices or counter notifications may have legal consequences. We encourage all parties to ensure that information submitted is accurate, complete, and provided in good faith.

4. Repeat Infringement Policy

SkyCompute expects all customers to respect intellectual property rights when using our VPS services. Accounts that are repeatedly associated with verified copyright infringement reports may be subject to additional review and appropriate action in accordance with applicable law, our Terms and Conditions, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

When evaluating repeated reports, we may consider the number of verified notices received, the customer's response, supporting evidence, and the overall circumstances of each case. Our objective is to maintain a fair balance between protecting copyright owners and providing customers with an appropriate opportunity to respond.

5. Misrepresentations

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent copyright notices or counter notifications may result in legal consequences under applicable law. All parties are expected to act honestly and provide accurate information when submitting copyright-related requests.

SkyCompute reserves the right to request additional information whenever reasonably necessary to verify the identity of the reporting party, clarify the reported material, or support a fair review of the request.

Good Faith Principles

Provide accurate and complete information.
Submit notices only when you reasonably believe infringement exists.
Respond promptly to requests for additional information.
Respect the rights of both copyright owners and customers.

6. Changes to This DMCA Policy

This DMCA Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in applicable law, operational practices, or our VPS services. The most recent version will always be published on www.skycompute.online. Continued use of our services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
