This Acceptable Use Policy explains the standards for using SkyCompute (www.skycompute.online) VPS services. Our goal is to provide a secure, reliable, and professional hosting environment while protecting customers, network infrastructure, and third parties.

Permitted Use

Customers may use their VPS for lawful business, development, testing, websites, applications, databases, remote workloads, and other legitimate computing purposes in compliance with applicable laws and our published policies.

Prohibited Activities

Malware, ransomware, viruses, or other malicious software.

Spam, phishing, email abuse, or fraudulent activity.

Unauthorized access attempts or credential theft.

DDoS attacks, network disruption, or service interference.

Hosting or distributing illegal content.

Activities that violate copyright or intellectual property rights.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for securing their VPS, maintaining software updates, protecting login credentials, performing backups, and ensuring all applications running on their server comply with applicable laws and this Acceptable Use Policy.

Policy Enforcement

If we reasonably believe a VPS is being used in violation of this policy, SkyCompute may investigate the reported activity and take appropriate action, which may include contacting the customer, restricting access, temporarily suspending services, or terminating the affected service where appropriate and permitted by applicable law.
